Senior Account Manager – June 2026
Location: Remote
THE BIT ABOUT ACM
Action sports. Adventure travel. Outdoors. ACM is a fully integrated creative communications agency that represents the outdoor places we love. We’ve built our lives around a passion for getting out there, and both our professional and personal experiences in these cultures are at the core of the stories we tell. Stories told the right way – authentically – for innovative, technical, and heritage clients such as Arc’teryx, YETI, adidas, Berghaus, H&M MOVE, Finisterre, GORE-TEX Brand, and Dacia.
THE BIT ABOUT THIS JOB
We’re searching for a Senior Account Manager who loves the outdoors, action sports, and their cultures as much as we do.
This is an opportunity to work with ACM’s A-list clients across PR, experiential activations, events, and strategic seeding, spanning earned media storytelling, brand collaborations, and talent partnerships. No surprise, then, that we’re after someone with an enviable track record that spans all of these disciplines, as well as agency experience that’ll impress the socks off us.
We also want fresh ideas and industry observations. Lots of them. You’ll contribute to our insights-led creative process – which is central to everything we do – as well as manage the planning and delivery of campaigns, and compile performance reports once they’re wrapped. There’s a lot of great stuff going on at all times, so it’s pretty important that you have multitasking experience, love managing fast-paced projects, and get a buzz from jumping from one campaign to another.
You’ll be working on existing accounts as well as supporting new business, so a history of on-boarding new clients is a biiig bonus.
THE BIT ABOUT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
A job at ACM is regarded as one of the best gigs in our industry. But let’s not sugarcoat it – as with all the roles here, this one will require a full tank of energy and self-propelled drive to fuel the serious graft our clients have come to expect from us. Here are some of the ways you’ll be filling your days:
- Leading the development of integrated PR, events, and activation strategies aligned to client objectives.
- Coordinating and managing campaigns from start to finish.
- Creating press releases as well as media and branding packages.
- Establishing an enviable network of media, partners, and influencers.
- Identifying and securing high-impact media opportunities, exclusives, and partnerships.
- Integrating campaigns into wider initiatives or multi-agency projects, and working with media partners.
- Ensuring brand consistency across campaigns and communications.
- Leading client meetings and developing client relationships.
- Challenging briefs and pushing clients towards bolder ways of thinking.
- Working with third-party providers to deliver campaigns, whenever necessary.
- Leading the planning and execution of press events, brand activations, and experiential campaigns.
- Ensuring seamless integration between physical experiences and earned media outcomes.
- Designing and delivering influencer and seeding strategies to drive authentic advocacy and reach.
- Coordinating and providing recommendations for the end-of-campaign reporting process.
- Developing client accounts and pitching them brilliant ideas, campaigns, and services to expand our offering.
- Managing budgets, timelines, and resourcing to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Mentoring junior team members and overseeing day-to-day workload and output quality.
- Providing feedback and supporting team development.
- Monitoring competitor and industry activity across all channels and bringing any intel to client meetings.
- Contributing to team ideation sessions for ACM marketing and content creation.

- Relationships across outdoor, lifestyle, fashion, tech, and travel that make you a go-to name for editors and other influential persons.
