Every brand began as a start-up. Taking your big idea to the wider world is something that separates the dreamers from the doers. And all start-ups reach the point where they need help to take things up a notch. Every year, we’re fortunate enough to be approached by mavericks and changemakers ready to employ an agency for the first time, in the hope that we’ll be able to help them achieve their dreams.
The first thing we do it take them through our Peak Pack Path process to work out if we’re the right fit for them. Sometimes it can be too early. And we tell them that.
Sometimes though, we’re exactly what they need. That’s how it was when WAES Footwear – the world’s first plastic-free sneaker company – approached us with a short-term brief to help promote their launch campaign on Kickstarter.
We put together a short-term PR, content and creative campaign that offered them maximum bang for their buck, drawing on our years of experience working with sustainable brands and best practice insights from paid social media campaigns, to help them achieve their £20,000 goal in just six days.
It means WAES can now ascend to the next rung on their business plan. And when they’re ready to commit a bigger, longer-term campaign, we’ll be ready for round two.
