GB Park & Pipe x Hertz
Our sprawling, four-year campaign for GB Park & Pipe in the run up to the 2018 Olympics included a creative twist on the modern influencer campaign, in the form of this collaboration we brokered between the team and hire car stalwarts Hertz.
How to get the best value for Hertz and GB by marrying their very different strategic and communication objectives? By thinking laterally, and creating a campaign based around native content that harnessed the team’s incredible ability and huge, authoritative collective reach.
To that end, we sympathetically included Hertz in a key episode of our #ProjectPY2018 series, then used the team and each brand’s formidable social presence to ensure the biggest possible audience.
The result was a campaign with tangible, measurable ROI for Hertz, a deal that increased income and exposure for the team, and another piece of high value, highly shareable content.
